Zoe Emm. Lama had studied at Law School of Athens University
from 1988 till 1993. During the last year of studies she was
a student of Rotterdam Erasmus University where international
law subjects as European Environmental Law and International
Sea Law were taught.
In 1993 she started the training of being a lawyer which lasted
for eighteen months. In 1995 she took part in the examinations
exams of lawyer's licence before the Appeal Court of Crete
and she started practicing the legal occupation as a member
of the Law Society of Heraklion, Crete. Since then, she has
been acting as a lawyer for over nine years.

During this practice of the legal occupation we have co-operated
with
- British Consulate, Branch of Heraklion, as one of the lawyers
recommended by them.
- Crete Property Consultants, situated in London and Sissi
Lassithi
- Guardian Newspaper, regarding the property purchase by British
citizens on the island of Crete
- High Court of Heraklion, acting as interpretator and translator
in civil and criminal cases where British or other english
speaking litigants are involved.
- Ktimatologio (Land Registry) of Municipality Heraklion,
as a member of the nineth (19th) second degree Committee deciding
on the objections of owners for property registration in the
Municipality of Heraklion. The committee was formed by a judge,
a lawyer, a civil engineer and a secretary.
